Precision Service Group were called out at 8am Saturday and 3 team members worked until midnight to sort the fault, resulting in a 18 hour day for the dedicated team.
The previous contractors had left a fault on the system that wasn’t addressed which wiped all 460 devices off the panel.
The Precision Service Group team had to add all 460 devices to the panel including individual item descriptions and ensure the data was uploaded correctly.
The customer was left over the moon with the result and once the team had explained what happened couldn’t thank the engineers enough knowing how much hard work had gone into helping get them safe once again.
